Stellar 提供产品、工厂、视频、行业信息及询盘对接工具。除非另有书面约定，我们不是买卖合同的卖方、买方、付款处理方或物流承运人。

您应提供准确资料、妥善保管账号凭据并对账号活动负责。发现未经授权使用时应立即联系我们。我们可限制涉嫌滥用或危害安全的账号。

不得提交违法、欺诈、侵权或误导内容，不得干扰服务、批量抓取受限数据、冒充他人或尝试绕过权限控制。

平台信息可能由供应商提供。我们会进行合理审核，但不保证所有规格、价格、认证、产能或交期始终完整准确。采购方应在交易前自行尽调、验样并核实合同条件。

提交询盘授权我们将必要信息转交相关供应商。报价、样品、订单、付款、交付、税费、售后和争议由交易双方另行约定。

网站品牌、界面和自有内容受法律保护。供应商或用户上传内容仍归相应权利人所有，并授权我们为展示、运营和推广服务进行必要使用。

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对第三方信息或交易结果作保证，也不承担间接、附带或后果性损失。法律不得排除的责任不受本条限制。

Stellar provides product, factory, video, industry-information, and inquiry tools. Unless agreed in writing, we are not the seller, buyer, payment processor, or carrier in a transaction.

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and remain responsible for account activity. Contact us promptly about unauthorized use. We may restrict accounts that threaten security or misuse the service.

Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or misleading content; disrupt the service; bulk-collect restricted data; impersonate others; or attempt to bypass access controls.

Platform information may be supplied by manufacturers. We conduct reasonable review but do not guarantee that specifications, pricing, certificates, capacity, or lead times are always complete or accurate. Buyers must conduct due diligence, approve samples, and verify contract terms.

Submitting an inquiry authorizes us to share necessary details with relevant suppliers. Quotations, samples, orders, payment, delivery, taxes, after-sales service, and disputes are separately agreed by the trading parties.

Our brand, interface, and original content are protected by law. Uploaded content remains owned by its rights holder, who permits the use necessary to display, operate, and promote the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant third-party information or transaction outcomes and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
