Bread forming machine with roller and surface welding equipment that stretches and extends dough sheets for brighter color and more stable quality. Each roller has an adjustable device for setting dough sheet thickness, which increases or decreases product weight. An automatic processing machine on the conveyor belt cuts dough into strips or mesh patterns, which rollers and auxiliary rollers then roll into strips. Fillings can be added during dough rolling. For block products, the cutting table is switched on and cutting length is set to determine product size and weight. Speed synchronization control simplifies operation, and the forming machine can produce filled hamburgers and cream puffs; an automatic traying machine streamlines finished-product handling.
